West Side Storage is climate controlled storage inside with exterior spaces for vehicles and equipment outside. The entire place is situated in a safe, residential neighborhood with fencing. We are remodeling the entire facility and continue to open new wings as our special space is in high demand. You can rest assured your precious belongings will be safe. We have 24-hour surveillance inside and out, key pad access entry code, dead bolt door locks, and the facility is in a great neighborhood!
“Climate controlled” may be a new term. This means we control the temperature and humidity year around. In Iowa’s hot moist summers and freezing cold winters, your belongings and collections will not become brittle, moldy or frozen.
Rates are competitive and we offer discounts for longer term storage contracts.
Climate Controlled Indoor Storage
Are your items valuable, one of a kind or environmentally sensitive? Climate Controlled storage rooms keep your items in a constant environment (temperatures between 55°F and 85°F and humidity never greater than 55%). To ensure climate control, our storage rooms are enclosed. This is not a garage or cinderblock building but instead a REAL building with a consistent temperature, real ceilings and floors and, because of that, your items will be resistant to dust, pests, and humidity. Plus our security system goes above and beyond what others can offer.
Outdoor Storage
Have you seen our HUGE back parking lot, with the gravel base to keep your recreational vehicles, toys and automobiles in the best condition? The parking lot is for RVs, campers, boats, business equipment like Skid Steer Loaders and any other vehicle you may want safely stored. Our exterior spaces are all under 24-hour surveillance with night vision and bordering a watchful residential neighborhood. Come for a tour.
