All our units are heated to help protect your stored items from the coldest Iowa temperatures.

Ever try moving into a place where you practically have to dismantle it to get your stuff in? Not here! Our doors are so big you can slide everything right into the room you rent. For ease of moving stuff, 8′ wide halls are well lit, with 4′ wide doors. XL rolling carts and dollies are available. There is a parking overhang to pull under and stay out of rain/snow.

Unless you’re a professional mover, chances are you’ve had trouble figuring out how to move large items. Moving heavy furniture and loaded boxes can do a number on your back and joints. You may even risk damaging the furniture you’re attempting to move. But sometimes moving objects heavier than ourselves must be done. We have great carts and dollies available to help you. Plus we offer well lit hallways that are wide enough for carts and the largest items to be moved without disassembling.

Did you know temperatures inside our storage spaces are carefully monitored to help preserve your belongings? Our lighting in the building’s exterior, interior hallways and in YOUR storage room is adequate for comfort and safety.
